Ticket Spicket helps eliminate the unnecessary cost of expensive hardware while providing the highest levels of security at your gate. Our partners have the option of scanning tickets with our free mobile app – however, it is not required. Ticket Spicket also offers a flexible and secure “self check-in” method for fans to access events with their smartphone.

Yes! Ticket Spicket enables our partners to collect payments for “more than just tickets”  while tracking all revenue from all channels in the same convenient location. Sell tickets to sporting events, dances, graduations, and more – or utilize our point-of-sale feature at your concession stands or merchandise tables.

With the original Mobile Pass, Ticket Spicket is proud to offer the most flexible season ticket renewal and pass program in the industry. Any kind of pass you can think of – we can easily offer online to your fans at no additional cost to you. Let us help you eliminate “pass backs” & lost plastic cards.

We’re happy to say that at Ticket Spicket, there’s no cost or monthly fees to use our service. We’re actually in the business of helping our partners increase funds and drive revenue – not the other way around. We earn revenue and operate our business via minimal convenience fees that are charged to the consumer, along with our integrated advertising and partnership opportunities.

Ticket Spicket can distribute funds to our partners as often and as quickly as desired. Automated payments are always set to your schedule & distributed by either direct deposit or paper check.

We consistently have our new partners up and running for online ticketing in 2-3 business days or less. Paper ticket products and point-of-sale solutions require a little more lead time to distribute – but we are committed to meeting any necessary deadlines and ensuring your first (and every other) events are a huge success. Absolutely! If you choose to scan tickets, you can utilize almost any Android or iOS device to download our free scanner mobile app. The same applies if you’re looking to run our box office solution. We don’t require that you print tickets with our system – but if that’s your preference, Ticket Spicket can often utilize the same printing devices that you might already have on hand.

Our Gameplan tool for event administrators gives real-time detailed reports on ticket sales, purchase history, and fan engagement as it happens. We also can happily provide any custom reporting solution that may be required. Gameplan reports are very easy to export and print for financial accounting purposes.
